We deal with residential and commercial property sales as well as having a robust legal department specialising in conveyancing, private client, family law and litigation.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to assist in the sale of the much-anticipated Commonwealth Court Development in Glasgow’s East End. A development of 102 modern 1 and 2 bed flats on the site of the former Howe Machine Company premises is sure to attract significant interest from a variety of buyers and we are looking for an enthusiastic Site Representative to help coordinate and maximise interest in these properties.
Being based at the site, you should be able to easily engage with customers to understand their needs as well as showcase the unique features that set this development apart. You will also respond to all leads generated and collect, record and use this information to ensure the wider sales team are able to follow-up with interested parties.
You should have previous sales experience, ideally within the new homes sector, and the drive to be fundamentally involved in the success of this site.
Core working hours will be confirmed, however, cover from Friday to Sunday will be necessary.
